Improve Your Property Value

Longevity of your investment!

Our trusted team of roofing professionals are standing by to help you improve the value of your property. Repair services are meant to improve the longevity of your building, as we carefully conduct maintenance repairs. Having documentation of the upkeep and service work performed on you roof will be very beneficial when its time to sell your building.

Factors to consider when getting an estimate for a new commercial low slope roofing system:

Does your current roof have any slope?

We recommend at least 1/8” per foot slope if possible “refer to city code” . Ponding water can deteriorate a roofing system. The National Roofing Contractors Association defines ponding water as water left on a roof 48 hours after a rain. A qualified roofing contractor will design a roof system to remove water as quickly as possible.

Is there moisture in your roof system?

If you have wet roofing material, it needs to be removed. Leaving wet insulation in a re-roof situation can lead to latent moisture within the building as well as blistering in your new roof system. Wet roofing insulation does not insulate your building.

Is your roof a high traffic area?

If roof durability is a concern, steps should be taken to accommodate these needs. High traffic roof areas may require an aggregate surface or walk pads to protect your new roofing system. Not all roofing systems are created equal in this respect.

Is the roof area you’re looking to replace visible to others?

While not known as being aesthetically pleasing, there are commercial roofing products that work great in roof areas visible to the public. Vegetative roofing systems and some modified asphalt roofing products are two examples.

What are your cost restrictions?

Cost is almost always a concern when replacing a roof. Quality craftsmanship and proper roof design practices should not be sacrificed due to budgetary concerns, however. Clifton Roofing will work with you to find a roofing solution that fits within your budget.

What is the best roofing system for me?

A quality roofing contractor can adapt to the personal needs of the customer and can install any number of different types of roofing systems when the situation arises. Clifton Roofing Company specializes in built-up roofing, modified asphalt roofing, EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems.

No matter what your roofing needs may be, we can help. Please contact us and we will send a qualified estimator to meet with you and find what best works for you.
